Info covid-19 virus:

The campsite is currently open, with specific measures, to guarantee you a secure, serene and pleasant stay, which is why we have set up this page to keep you informed of the situation in real time.

For the safety of all, non-compliance with the regulations established by the Campsite may be subject to immediate exclusion without compensation.

Cancellation conditions:

Please note that we have reduced the reservations cancellation conditions :

1) For camping stays: Any cancellation before 12p.m. on the day of arrival will be fully reimbursed.

2) For rental accommodation (mobile home and other):
 Cancellation 30 days before your arrival = refund of your entire deposit.
 Cancellation 20 days before your arrival = credit note for equivalent stay without time limit.
 Cancellation 12 days before your arrival = 50% of the stay will be refunded.

3) If unfortunately you, or someone in your household is tested positive for Covid 19 = 100% refund on presentation of a medical certificate.

Payments :

 We advise you to book in advance and pay for your stay by credit card on our website.
 For your consumption during the stay, we advise you to open a credit list at your arrival and make a single payment at the end of the stay.
 Payment by credit card is preferred.

At the reception :

 Only one person at the same time will be allowed to be inside.
 Wearing a mask is compulsory.
 Hydro-alcoholic gel will be available before entry, you must put it on your hands before entering.
 Single direction of circulation.
 Markings on the ground allows you to keep you at a good distance from the others.
 We will take your data (take your identity card and registration number with you).

On the campsite:

 Movement for pedestrians, in the campsite paths, must be in the direction of road traffic (French traffic).

The sanitary facilities:

 They are cleaned and disinfected with a virucide 4 to 6 times a day depending on attendance.
 Wear the mask as soon as possible.
 Disinfectant soap is available.
 A virucide sprayer and paper towels are at your disposal to disinfect your sanitary before entering.
 Physical distance is implemented by the closure of certain equipment.
 The priority of passage is for the exit. (In fact, the person wishing to enter must let the person wishing to leave go in first), a marking on the ground is set up.

In rental accommodations (mobile home, lodge and caravan):

 Cleaning in our rentals has always been our priority, so we add a thorough disinfection after each customer.
 Household linen is provided free of charge if you wish, be aware that it is always washed at 90 ° each time.
 Our mattresses and pillows are always protected by 2 protections.

Grocery:

 Only one person at time in the building. (markings)

 Wearing a mask in the building is mandatory.
 You will be accompanied and served by us.
 Bread and other orders will be made by us

Bar:

 Wearing a mask is mandatory in the building.
 No consumption in the bar, the terrace is accessible (no more than 10 people per table).
 Spacing of tables and disinfection of tables and chairs after each client.

The snack

 In June the snack bar will be closed.
 In July and August we cannot decide for the moment.

Swimming pool :

 Spacing between sunbathing.
 Limitation of the number of people inside the swimming pool to 66 people and 41 people inside the paddling pool.
 Swimming shorts strictly prohibited
 Social distance of 1m must be respected
 All games and toys are prohibited (balls, buoys, fries ...), with the exception of children who cannot swim: wearing of life jackets allowed.
 The swimming pool will be closed from 2 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. for disinfection.

Games area:

 Home ball accessible to people from the same household (balloons at the reception, it will be disinfected between each use).
 Sandbox and spring games are open with disinfection several times a day.
 Ping pong table accessible with respect for social distances, the rackets are at the reception with disinfection between each use.
 The table football is available on request to people from the same household, with disinfection of the handles between each use.
 The bouncy castle is closed.
 Mini-club area is closed

Animations:

 The usual activities will be compromised, we are in the process of adapting some activities with the application of government rules.
