Rules and regulation :

The rules of procedure are the same as in the other campsites,

On the other hand, I ask you to read our special conditions specific to the Domaine le Vernis campsite (second part).

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS :

1- Admission conditions

To be allowed to enter, settle, and stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. He has the obligation to ensure the proper maintenance and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations.
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. No one can take up residence there.

2- Police formalities

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with their written authorization.
In application of article R. 611-35 of the code of entry and stay of foreigners and the right of asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, a individual police record. It must mention in particular:
Name and first names;
The date and place of birth;
The nationality ;
The usual place of residence.
Your vehicle registration
Children under the age of 15 may appear on one parent’s card.

3- Installation

The tent or caravan and related equipment must be set up at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4- Reception desk

Open 7 days a week:

From 04/06 to 04/30 : 9:30a.m. to 11:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
From 05/01 to 06/30 : 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
From 07/01 to 08/31 : 8:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
From 09/01 to 09/30 : 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
From 09/30 to 10/12 : 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

To this is added a permanent presence (7 days a week and 24 hours a day) of managers, who reside on the campsite.
At the reception desk, you will find all the information on campsite services, information on supply possibilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various addresses that may prove useful.
A complaints book or a special box intended to receive complaints is made available to users. Complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and relating to relatively recent facts.

5. Display

These internal regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to each customer who requests it.
For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure sites are displayed.
The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister responsible for consumption and available for consultation at reception.

6. Terms of departure

Customers are invited to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before it. Customers intending to leave before the reception opening time must pay for their stay the day before.

7- noise and silence

Users of the campsite are urged to avoid all noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors.
Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible.
Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They should not be left at the campsite, even locked up in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible.
The Manager ensures the tranquility of his clients by setting schedules during which silence must be total: from 12:30 am to 6:30 am.

8- Royalties

Royalties are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent in the field.
Campsite users are invited to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before it.
Campers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must pay their fees the day before.

9- Visitors

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.
The camper may receive one or more visitors. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper who receives them may be required to pay a fee, to the extent that the visitor has access to the services and / or campground facilities. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.
Visitors’ cars are prohibited

10- Vehicle circulation and parking

Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km / h.
Traffic is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may circulate in the campsite. Parking should not, moreover, obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

11- Dress and appearance of facilities

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities.
It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters.
“Caravanners” must empty their waste water in the facilities provided for this purpose.
Household waste, waste of any kind, paper, must be placed in the bins provided for this purpose.
Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose.
The clothes will be hung up in the common dryer if necessary. However, it is tolerated up to 10 hours near shelters, provided it is very discreet and does not disturb neighbors. It should never be done from trees.
Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to the camper to drive nails in the trees, to cut branches, to make plantations.
It is also not allowed to demarcate the site of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. All repairs of degradation committed to vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of its author.
The site that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

12- Security

a) Fire:
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in hazardous conditions.
In case of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. The campsite is equipped with an audible alarm, as soon as it sounds you must go to the assembly point which is on the pétanque area, you must never do half everything. At the assembly point remain calm and wait for instructions. A first aid kit is available at the reception desk;
b) Theft:
The management is responsible for objects left at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper remains responsible for his own installation and must notify the manager of the presence of any suspicious person. Campsite users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

13- Games

No violent or annoying game can be organized near the facilities.
The meeting room cannot be used for hectic games.
Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.

14- Dead garage

Equipment may not be left unoccupied on the ground, only after agreement from management and only at the location indicated. A fee, the amount of which will be displayed at the office, will be due for the "dead garage".

15- Breach of internal regulations

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call in law enforcement.

II. THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF DOMAINE LE VERNIS CAMPSITE.

You are here on a family campsite, we are not here to "empty your wallet", but to offer you the most pleasant possible holidays.
The only special conditions that we want to apply in the campsite are the current rules of life around the notion of RESPECT, in all its forms, we are counting on you to explain it to your children!

First, respect for others:
• Pay as much attention as possible not to make too much noise
• Dogs must be kept on a leash
• Politeness is essential and allows better relationships between all!

Then respect for nature:
Selective sorting is compulsory
• Do not put garbage on the ground (including cigarette ends, in particular to avoid the risk of fire)
• Do not waste water, it is very precious all the more in this region (washing vehicles is prohibited on the campsite)
