General conditions of sale for accommodation rentals
Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the site www.campingdomainelevernis.fr. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment
Article 2 - Rental period : The nights are counted from noon to noon. When the desired date and number do not correspond to our schedule, you will be offered a choice of solutions that best meet your request.
Article 3 - Reservation : The rental only becomes effective after our agreement and after receipt of the deposit of 30% to be used on the amount of the stay. For reservations of nights the deposit will be 100%. Any payment not accompanied by the rental contract can not, in any way, ensure this rental and in return, any incomplete contract, canceled, or not returned can not, of no way, insure this rental. The contract cannot be transferred to another person. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by email or by post. Payment can be made by transfer, cash, holiday voucher or bank check (Bank checks should be made payable to the Domaine Le Vernis campsite)
Article 4 - Cancellation : For any cancellation received more than 60 days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. For any cancellation received 30 days before the start date of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For any cancellation received less than 30 days before the date of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
Article 5 - Withdrawal : The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
Article 6 - Course of the stay : Arrivals and departures : arrivals are from 4 p.m., departures are made before 10 a.m., any day of the week in low and mid season, in high season only on Saturdays. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the balance of your stay will remain due in full and no reduction will be granted. Two deposits will be required on your arrival, one of 100.00 € in the event of minor damage to the accommodation, another of 50.00 € for cleaning. They will be returned after checking the condition of the accommodation. (In case of unavailability on our part when you leave for the check, the deposits will be returned within 48 hours). During your stay on our campsite, you are likely to be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our Advertising brochures or on the internet (campsite website, social links), unless you notify your opposition in writing to reception upon your arrival. Only one vehicle is authorized per pitch so any additional vehicle must be parked in the visitor car parks. Charcoal or wood barbecues are prohibited on the pitches. The safety of the children is the responsibility of the parents on the campsite, at the swimming pool and in particular on the playgrounds and you undertake to monitor and enforce the rules of the campsite as well as those of the swimming pool and the games for your children. Visitors must report to reception on arrival ; if they wish to use the campsite services, a fee must be paid per visitor. Selective sorting is compulsory in the campsite, composting is strongly recommended. To respect everyone’s "silence", no vehicle will be allowed to circulate in the campsite after 12:30 am. Late diapers and early risers should respect their neighbors.
Article 7 - Payment : The price of the stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The amount of the stay is payable in full one month before the date of arrival mentioned on the contract.
Article 8 - Non-occupancy : In the absence of a written message from the tenant specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the site becomes available 24 hours after the planned date of his arrival mentioned on the rental contract and the sums paid remain vested in management.
Article 9 - Occupation : Any rented space must be occupied before 9 p.m. All campers are required to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations, as required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations and special conditions deposited at the prefecture displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request. Only the people mentioned on the contract will be admitted to the rental. In the event of a breach, the contract will be terminated without reimbursement of the sums paid.
Article 10 - Pets : 1st and 2nd category dogs are subject to French regulations (wearing a muzzle). They must always be kept on a leash. Animals must do what they need outside the campsite, in the event of an incident the owner must collect the droppings, a penalty may be taken for each breach of this rule (fine of € 10). Any animal entering the campsite must be up to date with its vaccinations, you must be able to present their health record. Under no circumstances should you leave your animal alone in the accommodation.
Article 11 - Applicable law : These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Béziers.
Article 12 - Decline : The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, accident due to bad weather and damage to the equipment of the camper-caravaneer which would be of its own doing, insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is compulsory.
